The roles we are responsible for determine how effective we are in a business. But how do we know we are effective?

Most business owners are so busy they often don’t realise how ineffective they actually are and often get in the way of their business growing.

That’s a fairly out there statement, but if you look closely at your business and the roles you play, you may find it applies more to you than you realise.

And it’s not just the roles you’s also how those roles are measured to ensure they are giving the results you need to be successful.

Most business owners do what is “needed” to get things done.

Often however other people could do that work at a much cheaper rate than the business owner can generate for the business. 

Imagine doing $25 an hour work when you could be earning $250 an hour!

Why would anyone do that?

But that’s the reality for most businesses. 

Having a well thought out structure with clear roles and accountabilities is a key to getting efficiency in your business. 

Having a detailed step by step approach is essential to being on track to success. Knowing what needs be done and in what order is the guidance every business needs to grow.

The goal of Structure Your Business (SYB) is to ensure you understand the value of having a good structure in your business and knowing what needs to be organised in a systematic way that everyone understands what they need to do to contribute to your success.
